1. I had been in the space before it became the Conrad and i am shocked (in a good way) at how they turned this space into the beautiful and unique space it is.

3. thank god is all I can say =))We had a shock when we got to the hotel, it was gorgeous, the staff were so welcoming and the room we got after being upgraded by the lovely Maysoon was just awesome, not to mention the welcome tray of goodies and champagne we got.

4. NY hotels prices still managed to shock me even after all these years, still with not much choices in the area, I bit the bullet and expect the usual ES quality.

5. Good value for the money, although be prepared for some sticker shock when you get all those taxes added onto the bill--I counted $31.

6. A few minutes after we arrived in our room, the fellow who checked us in actually called us to see if our room was okay and if we had any questions - I was SHOCKED.
