1. In all honesty, I guess I should have told the front desk as well when we left in the morning; but I have never had that problem before.

3. problem is your patio is connected to all other patios thru a flimsy wooden gate that does not lock.

7. But the assistant manager I spoke to seemed unaware of the problem, and honestly did not seem to care enough to pursue the matter beyond saying that he would bring it to the attention of his manager (I never heard anything back from him again about it after that).

8. One small thing, I had requested a Wine Experience Kit thru the online concierge which was never provided, but this proved not to be a problem as there was a corkscrew in the kitchen utensils.
