1. We had a broken bin, broken plug, etc - little things, but annoying* Cleaners always ran dishwasher, but never emptied it* Not enough utensils in kitchenBut overall this was a much better hotel than the one we last used at NYC (The New Yorker) and I'd consider staying there again.

2. The kitchen needs an upgrade and the dog bowls that are part of the Pet Friendly service were broken and rusted.

5. There were problems with both rooms, and we had workmen in our room often: the sink and tub didn`t drain, the light switch in the dining room was broken, the taps didn`t turn off properly, there were deep holes in the carpet.
