1. Cons: 7th Floor had horrific, absolutely awful odor the entire length of our stay - requested air sanitizer numerous times without response; public areas and hallways to guest rooms tired and dirty; shower moldy, wall/floor corner areas dirty, overall poorly cleaned accommodations; poor shower design in handicapped room ment major water spillage; slow elevators, only one of two elevators utilized; loud delivery and garbage trucks nightly.
