Cons: 7th Floor had horrific, absolutely awful odor the entire length of our stay - requested air sanitizer numerous times without response; public areas and hallways to guest rooms tired and dirty; shower moldy, wall/floor corner areas dirty, overall poorly cleaned accommodations; poor shower design in handicapped room ment major water spillage; slow elevators, only one of two elevators utilized; loud delivery and garbage trucks nightly.

4. i was NOT expecting this kind of service and dirty room for the amount of money i paid and to have my family come to new York for the first time and experience this is such a disgrace.

8. The carpet was dirty and stained, the recliner had some sort of stain on the side of it and there was obvious water damage and mold on the wall near the windows, plus the wallpaper was peeling off in that location.
