1. Only other complaint was the thin walls between our room and the next, where we could hear someone talking on the phone for all hours in the middle of the night.

I loved the Museum Mile location, we enjoyed our visit to the Frick Collection and had an amazing supper at Match 65 nearby, all in all a wonderful place, only complaint, coffee should be available all day not just in the morning; The refrigerator is extremely noisy but loved, loved the suite with the outdoor patio I only wish our dog had been with us.
