1. The wallpaper was peeling, there was a stray hair in the bathtub, the glasses and dishes in the cabinets had bits of dried food on them, and the metal shade pulls were coated in some sort of sticky film (I had to wash my hands after pulling down the shades for the night).

2. The carpet was dirty and stained, the recliner had some sort of stain on the side of it and there was obvious water damage and mold on the wall near the windows, plus the wallpaper was peeling off in that location.

4. The upkeep appeared pretty good other than some peeling paint on the sills and a weird HVAC system that mostly generated cold air but strained to do so in the living room area.
