3. I won't say it was terrible, but we expected much more because the website is so perfectly and carefully made that we thought we were going to a five star hotel.

Whatever you do don't buy breakfast at the hotel, we received it free as compensation for our terrible first two night and we threw it out it was so terrible, when i told the front desk on check out (they tried to ccharge us for a supposedly free breakfast too) they just shrugged and said sorry to hear you didn't enjoy it.
