1. Even though we are visiting with family, waking up in a hotel on Christmas Day can certainly have its downside.

2. The only downside was that there wasn't any grass on the patio on which he could go to the bathroom (nor was there any substantial patches of grass in front of the hotel or for several blocks around), so we ended up having to walk him to Central Park for that purpose.

3. Lovely rooms with good beds and lots of room, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with children, lots of space for a room in Manhattan and a kitchen as well, the only downside is the noise of the heatingsystem and a the kitchen was not equipped with any pots, pans and any other kitchenappliances.

5. The bathroom is small, and perhaps one of the few downsides of the place, the toilet is immediately in the door and a bit of the door had to be cut out to accomodate this.
