2. brought issue to front desk, was informed that the hotel had centrally controlled the hvac system and decided to turn off room controls of the system, as it was 'so nice outside'.

3. This is not a 'budget hotel' and honestly, the price ( which was discounted as my brother had had an issue on his previous stay) is quite high.
