1. The front desk service was poor at best, they were not helpful in correcting an error they had made and tied up almost $1000 of our guest money not me the person who made the reservation and who was paying for the room.

5. You do get a coffee maker in your room with 2-3 coffee pods but it is actually a very poor and weak blend.

Cons: 7th Floor had horrific, absolutely awful odor the entire length of our stay - requested air sanitizer numerous times without response; public areas and hallways to guest rooms tired and dirty; shower moldy, wall/floor corner areas dirty, overall poorly cleaned accommodations; poor shower design in handicapped room ment major water spillage; slow elevators, only one of two elevators utilized; loud delivery and garbage trucks nightly.

7. The bathroom was reealy small and a bit worn down also worn and poor quality carpets, but besides from that we were pleased.

8. Our only complaint is that the quality of housekeeping on the first day was exceptionally poor with the tub left dirty, not all towels replaced, and water left on the kitchen floor.
