1. It has a very grand entry/lobby/bar, but the rooms are a little worn down.

2. I understand that the hotel is in the middle of refurbishment and has to keep running, however should it not be offering some sort of discounted rates for the tired/worn out rooms? I shall not be staying here on our next visit and won't recommend the hotel to anyone else.

3. The room was medium sized but on the second day we had to move as the TV was crap and was very noisy you can hear car noise its so loud, we went to the 12th floor which was not as noisy but again the door has a large gap at the bottom and you hear all the doors slam and next door the rooms are very dated and worn, the only good thing in the room is the bed.
