1. The hotel was quiet, and we didn't have any problems with the elevators and some guests stated.

2. The fault and problem of this hotel seems to lie with the management as all the staff i spoke to begged me to fill out a comment card to help them perhaps get more staff and make their lives easier.

7. The hotel put our rooms close together & were perfect, the beds were SO comfy, free safe, nice clean bathroom, the only problem in our room was a large damp patch under the window that had the wallpaper peeling.

8. I have stayed in this hotel twice (not by my choice) and each time it is the same problem.

9. So what was the problem just beware see below:The conciege service are rude unhelpful and a rip off (when i questioned a price for justification the servive agent replied I don't know what you can get it for but thats my price).
