3. They have a coffee bar that unfortunately only runs at certain times of the day & is a bar in the evening, we found the (tall) barman to be quite rude when we were waiting to buy as he couldn't drag himself away from the business men at the bar to serve us.

4. I booked the room on Priceline but unfortunately, when I went to check in I was informed by the rude desk clerk that there was no record of my reservation.
