The bathroom was tired and
shabby
, the shelf to stand your toiletries on was insufficient and unsteady, the air conditioning unit in the room was virtually unuseable, we reported that the heat in the room was overbearing and this was sorted out.

Our room had allegedly been refurbished but we found it slightly
shabby
, particularly the bathroom which had musty grout in the tiles, also the waste lever in the wash basin was broken.
