1. My colleagues had serious customer service complaints, for example the WiFi in the hotel didn't work the entire week we stayed despite numerous conversations with the IT call center to try and solve the issue.

3. I do know that some of my team received upgrades because of room availability, and that one person had an issue with an alarm going off in her room.

The first thing that put me off was when we pulled up at the curb there was no bellman to greet us or take our luggage, meaning that we had to carry our own luggage up a set of stairs and through a revolving door -- definitely a feat of physical agility that I would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues.

10. I was worried about this, but since we were only there for one night, I didn't want to make a fuss, and it turned out to be a non-issue, the guests were very quiet using the elevator.
