1. When we arrived at our superior double double room we were dismayed by the size of the room and lack of hanging and storage space.

7. My advice to anyone who is going to NYC which is a fantastic city, is to avoid this hotel because it stinks of dishonesty, its staff lack integrity and in a city where dreams are made.
