1. So what was the problem just beware see below:The conciege service are rude unhelpful and a rip off (when i questioned a price for justification the servive agent replied I don't know what you can get it for but thats my price).

10. staff is snobbish and unhelpful, they promised to call when i room was ready but they didnt, porters asking for tips all the time, the only guy who was helpful without any expectation was the doorman who helped me with the cab.
