1. As far as the meeting accommodations, poor or non existent audio visual and few bathrooms for hundreds of attendees.

2. Cons would be the room: beds not great, not bad, but the pillows & down comforter were lumpy, crazy small closet with the clothes hangers not fitting in the small area, the room safe broken, and the bathroom had discolored molding/peeling wallpaper and a poor shower head.

6. (That is one of my parameters for choosing a hotel as they all wear out by virtue of their purpose) What they advertise as a renovation is in reality a update in furniture and bedding, if that, at very poor quality.
