I was at this hotel for business purposes in nyc, their service is completly horrible, i checked in at 23:00pm, and was gonna leave in the morning, asked for the attendant to upgrade my room ( im a elite member of starwood, hilton and icg hotels), she was very unpolite and said that even that they had available rooms she eouldnt give upgrade because i paid for a regular room.
