7. We may have been lucky with our room (everything seemed to work fine), but it seemed as though if there was something wrong, you could tell them and they would try to fix it (the other reviews seem to suggest this too).

8. What went wrong with our booking from January, when the hotel was empty?? The queue for Reception was a joke - only 2 people on and about 100 people wating ages to book in.

9. Dont get me wrong, i loved NYC itself, id go back tomorrow, but the hotel was such a let down, and i wouldnt recommend it to anybody.
