1. That said I'm willing to pay 3 times more & be in a less convenient location to avoid staying at the Pennsylvania.

4. Old, dirty, crowded, rooms are in such bad conditions, broken lamps, furniture, and no words for the wc and shower, avoid this hotel even the location is perfect.

5. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to stay in New York, I would advise to avoid the Penn like the plague or you just might catch it.

6. The 7th floor is generally horrific though, as its a smoking floor and rooms are filthy and stink - so avoid that like the plague.
