1. We had already been told about Penn Hotel low quality before choosing it, but in New Year's NYC is impressively expensive.

Another possibility could be to stay at more distant hotels (located out of Manhattan, near the airports (Newark or LaGuardia) or somewhere else, that are served by the subway/train system allowing you to get a better and cleaner hotel for a cheaper price and fast access to Manhattan (beware of train fares that could get expensive depending on your location).

4. Check in and Check out were seamless and the lobby is very nice and big (it needs to be the hotel is massif)to sum up Location Grate Hotel Bad (For the money)would i recommend NO far too expensive for what you get.
