1. As I started to unpack, two rats ran out from under my bed - i've never screamed so much in my life.

2. The other thing about this rat hole is that whilst it DOES have showers and lighting, they DO NOT work in all of the rooms all of the time (especially when YOU want the shower and YOU want some light to relieve the dark.

3. There were no cockroches, no rats, no cracks in the ceiling, no mould on the walls, no rust in our bath, and no coffin doors (as other people as referred to them).

4. well we didn't see rats and although the carpet could have been vacuumed better under the beds the bedding and towels were spotless.

8. We had to take our own LUGGAGE to a luggage room, which was tremendously covered in mold and rat feces, and rats themselves, and waited about another thirty minutes for someone to open the door.
