1. the corridor to are room was shabby and in need of a bit of tlc,but when we entered are room it had everything we needed and more inportant it was very clean.

Grubby, shabby, poorly maintained room - peeling paint, dirty air conditioning unit (legionnaire's disease anyone?), carpets and bed linen all in need of a good cleanFitness centre - half the machines were out of service, there was no water fountain, adjacent rooms into which guests could wander were empty, or othewise had one or two broken chairs hanging about.

10. Yes, the room was small and a bit shabby, in need of a bit of TLC, but all in all, we didn't spend much time in our room, only to sleep and found the convenience of being so close to everything the best thing about this hotel.
