5. We arrived by the side enterance, our first impression was 'Oh my god' the place stank of cooking and was full of smoke from the takeaway on one side and the restraunt on the other, the place looked awful, we proceeded to the front desk in the Lobby where our impression changed to one of relief,the lobby looked lovely with all the christmas lights, the staff at the desk were very helpfull (Sheila) was the lady who booked us in and out and on both occassions couldn'y do enough for us.
