1. They couldn't give us another room because they were all booked which we understand since it was a very busy holiday weekend, but it's ridiculous have us wait five hours to get our room clean again after what we encounter .

4. Based on the reviews I saw on Tripadvisor I was determined not to use their 40$ valet parking as this is ridiculous when you stay a couple of days.
