1. Had some trouble with the TV and the service wasn't good in fixing it, but that was our only issue.

3. While some of what occurred was probably just chance, ie the problem with the door lock, the other issues with the music event and closing of services were certainly the hotels responsibility and we should have been informed about them prior to check in.

4. Luckily the woman at the front desk was the same who knew about our check in problems as well as the lock issues, so she allowed us to stay until 12 noon.

6. It is pricey and attracts a lot of conventions but it is a beautiful hotel and aside of the car parking issue is well worth a visit.

8. Only issue we had was inconsistent hot water in the middle of the day as we transitioned from the pool to going out that evening??Location was great for my wife and I as we were looking for something more quiet.

10. One structural issue: the construction of the balconies on the north side of the tower do not allow for any privacy at all; one can even peer right into the room itself from the neighboring balcony.
