The only negative (it was significant to us because the purpose of trip was decompressing and sitting oceanside to have nice lunch & cocktails) was the fact that they had a DJ pumping very loud house type club music at the poolside/ocean front bar which is just not conducive to a relaxing Saturday afternoon by the ocean - it was very annoying.

8. the service sucked - it was impossible to get someone on the phone at the front desk or concierge - just annoying recording- what if there were an emergency - the first time I have not been able to call down to the desk at a hotel.
