1. That's not all, most of the time there were no towels by the pool, people were noisy at night so we were sleep deprived the two nights we were there.

5. the spa is right next to all the pool areas and the work taking place was so incredibly noisy we checked out after our second day and moved to the Marriott Courtyard Oceanfront where we had a great, friendly stay (see review).

9. The website made it look beautiful, but was unrepresentative - it made it seem as if the hotel was finished which it clearly wasn't: the main pool was empty, the spa was unfinished, there was a lot of noisy building work on the outside spaces.

10. The location is slightly out of South Beach so if you are looking for something in walking distance of Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road etc, you may want to consider something closer, however, the hotels we saw en route to the above were much more crowded and noisy so the distance was worth it.
