1. There are 4 pools at this resort which meant we generally didn't have a problem getting a couple of lounges.

2. Some minor problems upon check in but they fixed the main one immediately, unfortunately the other could not be remedied, but was not a deal breaker.

4. While some of what occurred was probably just chance, ie the problem with the door lock, the other issues with the music event and closing of services were certainly the hotels responsibility and we should have been informed about them prior to check in.

5. Luckily the woman at the front desk was the same who knew about our check in problems as well as the lock issues, so she allowed us to stay until 12 noon.

Also, on the 2nd day, there was a problem with the electronic locks on our door, and neither us nor security could get into our room for about an hour, while I kept walking back and forth to the front desk to get new keys, carrying my daughter who really needed to get her diaper changed by this point.
