They weren't
horrible
, but there was no line and everytime I waited to be helped, they would always take someone who arrived standing around after me and that's extremely frustrating.

After reading other reviews of Eden Roc I did not aspect good service but I was not aware that I'd receive
horrible
service otherwise I would have booked somewhere else.

I have stayed at the Marriott on Ocean and first as well as the Courtyard Marriott on Washington, and the Loews and never had the type of
horrible
service I experienced at the Eden Roc.

hostess seating people, she was somewhat plump and pale skinned, wearing red lipstick and black long straight hair, AVOID her.

Not in a nice way either, that was it, we walked out, horrified, and trust me it takes a lot to horrify me, but I've never experienced hotel staff act like this with such a
