1. We walked to the zoo (about 15 minutes at a slow pace) and also took advantage of the Trolley Rides which had a pick up location again, right across the street.

The same level of (slow) service was afforded on all other room service orders I made (one lunch, one dinner, and one breakfast)- they never arrive when promised, consistently take well more than an hour to arrive (even during non-peak dining hours), and make it absolutely impossible to be able to eat and still have enough time to get to whatever meetings you have planned.
