6. one evening to find our morning coffee tray still sitting outside our room (I'm being picky on this one); (6) used stairwell to save time because of slow elevators, and the east stairwell smelled really awful, as did the halls on the east end--the west stairwell and halls smelled fine; (7) pool and surroundings are very pretty, but at least when we were there, the water was very dirty (husband told me not to wear my goggles and look under water because it was disgusting); (8) we have a son with a life threatening food allergy so asked about food at the pool bar and was told they'd get back to me but never did.
