Please Please book your taxi back to airport your self , the concierge makes money out of you charge extra for personal service and will charge you more than booking your own taxi to airport, on the day of departing i was pick pocket in the door way of the hotel, thankyou to the bell boy who gave chase, thanks a bunch sercuity who walk around like FBI agents doing nothing, i did not get my wallet back and even back in the uk the hotel was insisting they were ok, even though two smartly dressed men where walking around the hotel up to no good, and picked my pocket bet i was not the only one that day, sercuity is very poor very poor was told by hotel it was reported to police well dont belive them never heard anything from them sinceoverall do not stay here go, stay at the washington hitlon better service better sercuity.
