2. The only problem at least for me was the location, we had to take the metro to go everywhere, at least the metro is across the street.

3. Not only was it bedbug free, but when I was paranoid about our first room possibly having 'evidence', they reassured me it wasn't bedbugs and moved us to another room that was brighter and clean without any problem.

5. My main problem was with the curtain/blinds they didn't quiet fit the huge windows so didn't block out the sun.

6. So the Omni does rectify problems promptly, but I do wish they would tighten up their ship and prevent these things from happening in the first place.

Other things happened, too, that, though little, were problems that should not be had in a first-class establishment: one lamp knob was broken, forcing me to have to use one of my make-up appliances to turn it so I could turn it on, the batteries in my TV remote were nearly dead (I got up to change the channel or turn on/off the TV each time), and the iron was cheap and small and dribbled water constantly (ruined a shirt).

8. Unfortunately, that became the problem throughout the stay: not enough elevator service to satisfactorily provide transport for the sheer number of people in the hotel.
