As Omni select Guests (sign up on their website), we ordered breakfast daily with our complimentary beverages and just a muffin or bagel -- the portions are ENORMOUS and for 2 people to eat breakfast for about $12 a day -- not a bad dealWe ordered room service for dinner a few times and again, portions were huge and food was excellent.

8. At no point and despite visiting the front desk did anyone show any concern or help for our predicament and being 4000 miles from home in a foreign country is not pleasant when one is badly ill.

10. When I called the hotel to ask about this, I experienced devastatingly bad service from the concierge desk (unanswered phone calls, hung up on repeatedly, etc).
