I can understand it was a holiday weekend, that the porters were busy and so on but, really, they should have been better prepared for that eventuality and I can imagine that business clients could be late for meetings, flights and so on with this kind of slow service and that would not be a good ideaThe service and length of time it took for a porter to come and collect my bags was so long that it played a not insignificant role in me missing my flight which in turn meant that I missed a connecting flight which in turn led me to miss an international flight (luckily there was one available an hour later)What was just as bad, though, was the rude, belligerent and somewhat aggressive way that the baggage porters demanded tips on both my arrival and departure during my second stay.
