1. He was very prompt in retrieving my bags, and even called to find out the wherabouts of my airport shuttle when it was a bit late.

2. I could understand that there was a miscommunication and all it would have taken for them to right the situation is to make alternate arrangements (like booking us on the next shuttle).

4. On our last day our flight was that night so when we checked out it was no bother to store our luggage and arrange for a shuttle to the airport.
