The room was very clean ( as was the hotel ) with a huge jaccuzzi bath ( a welcome after walking all day taking in the sights ), we asked for room service on our first day as we were tired from the long journey from the UK ordering coffee and tea, we were told there was no charge which was a really nice touch.

Pluses*large room *comfortable bed*quiet with windows closed* free wireless internet and $10 free minibar with Kimpton In-Touch membership *aveda products * restaurant downstairs Minuses *extensive (wall to wall) mildew in the bathroom above the towels* not the safest area at night but not the worst either (the Hilton is across the street but so are various motels and massage parlors) *customer service varies from excellent to indifferent depending on the individual *overpriced room service: inflated prices (compared to the restaurant's menu downstairs) + $3 service fee + mandatory 20% gratuity Note: I noticed the bad mildew problem in the bathroom in the morning and notified the Front Desk Clerk at checkout.

The room service menu is terrible, it is really limited, there are no sandwiches burgers or even fries (not exactly hard items to get you hands on), its only asian, so if you are not in the mood or just do not like asain food, its tough lookThe business centre is well equite with 2 Apple PCs & comfortable clairs, the gym is also great, each machine has its own tv.
