1. Decent walk to most interesting Chicago sights, restaurants, etc.Lobby - nicely appointed, handled the multitude of conference attendees wandering around quite fine.

4. While rather inconvenient for the Convention Center (several miles away), the hotel was in a very convenient location for an easy walk to Millennium Park, Navy Pier, and the Art Institute of Chicago, plus many excellent restaurants.

9. For a business hotel, I don't have too many requirements:- Clean room- Central location- Restaurant options- Good internet connectionThe Sheraton delivered fine on the first three, but their internet connection speed has put this hotel on my 'do not return' list.
