1. Courteous staff everywhere; bellman, front desk, concierge, waiters, etc. Easy check in and check out.

4. When I arrived valet pointed out my low tire and offered in it for me, front desk allowed me to check out late, the room was clean, comfortable and I had a great view.

10. On the way back from dinner, I stop by the front desk and ask again, and at least this time he confirms that it is guaranteed and gives me the 4 pm check out.
