1. I was surprised at low quality amenities & towels found in the bathroom for a decent Sheraton hotel.

Mixed bag overall as with many of these big city conference hotels - hotel is older and shows its age in various places, especially in the bathroom which was clean but needs some maintenance (regrouting and a long crack big enough to put your finger in between the counter top and sink basin) or better remodeling.
