1. Our stay was supposed to include in room free internet, which it did, but you had to accept the charge first and then they credited it.

4. The cold air blows straight towards the bed, I almost caught cold while sleeping- Lamp by the bed burnt out and does not work- They charge $12 for fitness per day (I never have this problem with Marriott, non only in the US but even in London where everybody charges for everything).

6. Other minor things: The indoor pool was cold; there was nothing they could do about the high priced snack bars in the room that automatically charge you if you (or more specifically, your small curious children) take something from it.

10. Then proceeded to open drawers literally crammed to the brim with chargers to find one to fit and then I waited patiently in the lobby until there was enough charge to get on with my life, however, they couldn't possibly lend me one because someone else might need it.
