1. We always get a good recommendation for a restaurant and get a certificate for either a complimentary appetizer or dessert.

3. Only after we mentioned to FO Manager that this is really off-brand and that rooms should be ready by 3:00 pm, we got some complimentary appetizer at the restaurant, mhhh at least something.
