4. A large well organised hotel in a good location, service was exceptional, room was spacious and bright and well maintained, breakfast selection was at a very high level, beds and room furniture were good, decor was clean just very dated.

Check-in at the hotel was quick and we were given a beautiful room on the 16th floor facing the water - the king sized bed was most comfortable and the room was very clean with the decor only a little dated - hotel was within walking distance to shopping, the Navy Pier and subway stations - the concierge service was most helpful with directions, suggestions for dinner etc - internet service free to hotel guest on the lower level where we were even able to print our boarding passes for return trip home - checkout was simple and overall stay most satisfactory.

8. The hotel amenities are all first class, and if you don't mind paying $22 for a breakfast buffet (as an example), the quality is good, with stylish and tasteful decor.
