in South Beach.

We had already gotten a good deal on booking (it will never be cheap, but it was good
value
) staying at an ocean view suite - when we got there we were upgraded, having also the adjacent room for the kids.

I thought that the rooms themselves were excellent
value
for money and I was very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the hotel, rooms and pools were when i arrived (the website doesn't do them justice).

Overall I would say that at a discounted price ($250/night), the Gansevoort South is an excellent
value
, and I would definitely stay there again if they were offering that special during my next visit to Miami.
