4. It's right next to the 'W', and there is a Walgreens & Liquor Store across the street :) There are no in-room coffee makers, but there is a bakery/coffee shop downstairs (which we didn't find out until we left, meaning we spent $15 on a pot of coffee via room service each morning).

9. Everything that other people wrote about this place is completely true: (1) overpriced food for room service, (2) they don't offer breakfast, (3) paying an extra $15 cash every time you go to the gym, (4) pools and elevators not working, (5) rude front desk, (6) no help with luggage.
