1. they charge you 15$ per day per person to use the gym (which is very nice), and the general service could have been faster.

2. The large rooms are very comfortable with great beds and super soft linens, very nice TV, balcony (if you request), Nespresso machine for coffee ( 2 pods provided no charge) and the USA Today delivered to your room.

They don't have a gym, you can access David Barton's gym which is next door but you have to pay the standard $15 (all gyms in SoBe will charge $15 per day no matter where you stay (Equinox, Crunch etc)A very rushed review but trust me, we have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is one of the worst.

5. I never touched the mini-bar, I told them this at check out and they took the charges off my bill and then waited until later in the day to charge me, twice.

7. When we told the bar-tender that we didn't think there was much alcohol in our frozen drinks, he angrily replied that their pour is 1.5 oz and that if I wanted any more alcohol, she'll have to charge me double.

10. They would not ammend this charge and no one has returned our calls- beach nazi's/cabana boys initially would not let us choose our seats- come on, we're on vacation, don't sit us next to the Brady Bunch- that's not relaxing!- everything is ridiculously expensive.
