2. Concierge - Hit or miss; There was a gentleman who was an excellent Concierge - he even offered to search for different car rental rates if we were ready and was aware of a company that would give better rates than their competitors.

3. From Stefan, the General Operations Manager through to Ralph and the other extremly helpful Concierges and not forgetting TC who ran the pool areas with such great efficiency that he made it look so easy, they were all superb.
